I have been wagering on the internet or at brick and mortar casinos for a good many years. I have been taught, the craving can grab a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are broke. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through uncounted hundreds of dollars in just a tiny period of time and even today, I can go a bit too long. It appears you are only enjoying yourself up until you decide to pay attention to your loss and the anguish settles in, and of course you keep advising yourself "I can likely gain it back" again and again. It does not work. Then you feel sick to your stomach and the harder you try the faster you give away.

When you observe that you are up, Remain in the Black! When you start to lose, do not convince yourself, "well only maybe one more" over and over again, believe me, this method almost never ever works. Say you are gambling on slot machines, have a pot separate prior to beginning your play. DO NOT exceed this threshold, regardless of how appealing. If you happen to gain, put that in a separate pot. Don’t spend your profits at any cost. Once you have wagered through your initial predetermined range, stop. Call it quits, regardless if it’s on the net or at a brick and mortar gambling den, do not stay at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there will be another day, another time. Obviously, this plan is able to function for any game that you enjoy, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.

Remember, wagering is supposed to be FUN not demanding, appalling work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot pay for the squanderings, do not even begin.
